Release note for BazePort set-top box model CT-2211

We now introduce a new set-top box model, CT-2211.

The box has the same chassis and remote control as CT-2191, there are only low level changes, and for all practical purposes it is identical to the CT-2191 model: 1080p resolution for the user interface, supports 4K2K@60 (UHD) video content, powered by a high-performance HiSilicon Hi3798M V200 64 bit quad-core ARM Cortex A53 processor – and it supports both Linux and Android OS.
