BazePort Analytics is a powerful new module that provides insight to how the BazePort IPTV system is being used by the end user.
Discover trends, changes and opportunities that can impact your business.
Find out when and how often the system is being used. See which channels, movies, TV series, news, radio stations and podcasts are the most popular, and use the information to improve your business.
KNOW THE END USER
Like any other system that services users, the BazePort IPTV system generates a substantial amount of valuable data on how the end user use the system. The administration module BazePort Statistics, has been available since BazePort 5.0 with simple statistics about the use of TV channels, TV programs, and movies from Video on Demand etc. We now step up the game and introduce a powerful analysis module enabling the professional user to apply analytics to business data to describe, predict, and improve business performance.
IMPROVE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Your organization’s management, marketing and business responsible can now get valuable insight to how BazePort used by your end users. We are now logging data per minute for all use of BazePort, and build a huge database of valuable information with a powerful analysis tool for your professional users to investigate. See user patterns, drill down to details, report and extract for further analysis.
With BazePort Analytics you can do searches on how many unique users access BazePort per day, do they use the set-top box or the web app, do they watch live-TV or video on demand content, what content is most popular, how many users have browsed the information portal? If you have more than one site, you can look at the data combined or separately. Data can be extracted for reporting or for use in your own analysis tool.
IS IT GDPR COMPLIANT?
The end user data is anonymous and the presentation of the data is compliant with GDPR regulations. You will not be able to see what was watched on a specific set-top box or webapp. The purpose of BazePort Analytics is big data analysis, not individual targeting.
HOW TO ACCESS BAZEPORT ANALYTICS
The new module is available from our cloud service mybazeport.com. We require BazePort Service Agreement to access the cloud services. BazePort Analytics is powered by the third-party tool Grafana.
