Who can upgrade?

Anyone who holds a valid Bazeport Service Agreement (BSA) is entitled to this upgrade, as this is part of our product design and development commitment. Instalment and upgrades are done automatically and require no action from your side. The new Bazeport version is released gradually using a staged rollout, starting in October 2024.

The Bazeport 9 release is implemented for our clients over the air. No downtime, planning, or on-site installs are needed.

Software compatibility

All previous versions of the Bazeport IPTV system can upgrade to Bazeport 9, even systems running older versions. Any system under a Bazeport Service Agreement will download and upgrade automatically.

Upgrades from Bazeport version 4.x and 5.x to 9 should only be performed after consulting your system administrator, Bazeport support provider, or the vendor Baze Technology.
